In 2015, Ihab was promoted to Associate Director, launched Farydak in Relapsed Multiple Melyoma & started to manage an offshore time. In 2016, he became the Med Info lead for Tafinlar and Mekinist in advanced Melanoma. In 2017, Ihab was promoted to Director & started to manage an in-house team. In 2018, Ihab successfully led the launches of Tafinlar plus Mekinist for both Adjuvant Melanoma and Anaplastic Thyroid Carcinoma. In 2019, Ihab became the Sr. Dir. of Medical Information & Operation at Morphosys, where he built up the Med Info infostructure and led the pre-launch, launch & post-launch activities of Monjuvi in relapsed/refractory Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma. In 2021, he became the Sr. Dir. of Medical Information at Exelixis leading the Med Info team and successfully leading; the pre-launch, launch & post lunch activities of Cabometyx in Differentiated Thyroid Carcinoma; compendia & clinical pathways submissions; pre-approval and product Dossiers development; managed a call center; & launched The Med Affairs fellowship program.
