I thrive in an international environment and I enjoy being an active member of a team. Besides research, I also feel passionate about environmental and outdoor education. During my undergraduate years, I frequently led nature observation activities for children, including fieldtrips, summer camps and excursions. I also took part in organizing weekend courses for adults about novel methods in environmental education. Inbetween finishing my Master's course and applying for a PhD, I worked as an outdoor tutor for an environmental charity in the UK. Right after that, I was a teacher at a Hungarian institution, preparing students for their university entry exams. During my PhD, I led practicals for an introductory statistics course (including programming in R) for biology students at my university and on a voluntary basis, I took part in activities popularizing science and engaging high school and university students.
