Roles & Responsibility: • Providing L2 Technical Support • Management of Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management with Router,Logger,AW,HDS,PG and CVP. • Creation and Modification of ICM Scripting for the new call flow • Configuration of Cisco Unified Call Manager. • Handling incidents and Service Requests without any escalations from the customers & restoring the case within the SLA. • Handling Call flow creation Change Requests within the SLA. • Providing support for customers for severity 1 & severity 2 tickets in weekends/off office hours. • IOS upgrade activities of Cisco routers • Preventive maintenance of Contact Center Components to ensure smooth operations. • Management of Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Egain for Reporting • Uploading the license in CUCM • Management of MGCP,H.323,SIP ,CUBE Gateway. • Troubleshooting the SIP ,CUBE Gateway • Backup ,Up-gradation of ICM, CUCM ,CUIC,CVPOPS Console • Capture and analyze the logs of ICM (Router, Logger, AW, PG, VRUPG), CVP. • Working knowledge on SQL server • Taking care of backup\Restore of all database devices like IVR DB, HDS, AWDB, Logger as well as configuration data with the help of ICMDBA • Coordinating with TAC on sev1 issues • Experience in installing ICM Compenent,Cisco CUCM in the Lab Environment • Firmware upgrade in UCS Ihs Markit
