Isaac Nativ’s Expertise I’m an experienced software professional, a quick learner, a self-starter, and a problems solver. I have held a variety of roles including: SW developer, manager of SW group, and field application engineer. Throughout my career I've been involved with technologies in the areas of telecommunication and storage. As a developer, I enjoyed root-causing complicated issues. As a manager I was driving local, remote, and matrix teams to execute two major tasks concurrently: new code development aligned to program timelines, and ongoing support to internal and external customers. I focused on facilitating and removing roadblocks, and on drive cross-functional communication within the organization. As an FAE I'm now combining technical knowledge, project management activities and hands-on support to my customer on-site. My goal is to play a leading role in a Software development organization; leverage my technical skills as well as my organizational and management experience. I'm interested in roles which include some combination of development, people management, project management and technical customer-facing activities.
