Extensive experience in molecular virology, genetics, NGS and high containment work. Currently leading the Mosquito Immunology group as a fellow at the Pirbright Institute, Surrey, UK. Our work focuses on the recognition of arboviruses by the mosquito immune system, arbovirus evolution, the generation of refractory mosquito lines and insect population control.
