  My friends call me Isi and I moved from Montréal (QC) to Tucson (AZ) in July 2015 with my family. While I miss snow, I have dedicated myself to developing ice hockey for the youth in the Sonora Desert. After nearly 6 years in my new place, working, volunteering and soaking in this new life, I felt like exploring a new path while taking advantage of my professional skills. In my previous life, I worked for over 15 years as a Professional, Administrator and a Manager in Sales and Services. I am creative and like to tackle problems and solve them differently. I was always passionate with all forms of arts: music, painting, theater, photography, writing, etc. I am fascinated to see how the design and the colors are shaping our environment, which I am convinced, influence our mindset. Our family has been involved in the Framing since 1970. So here I am, in 2020, setting up a Framing Business during a pandemic... Interesting challenge! Now is the time to move forward and open a shop. We are so ready for action; we can't wait to bring everyone's ideas to fruition. Oh! I also meant to tell you... I don't really miss snow that much! Previously: J’ai œuvré dans le milieu universitaire et auprès des clientèles ce qui m’a permis d’acquérir une très bonne connaissance du monde de l’éducation supérieur et de développer un réseau de contacts profitable de même qu’une expertise conseil. Mon approche-client donne des résultats probants. Mes expériences professionnelles m’ont permis entre autres, de faire appel à mes qualités de gestionnaire et prouver mon habileté à diriger du personnel en plus d'organiser, surveiller et coordonner les activités quotidiennes d’un service. Mon leadership engagé favorise un climat de travail professionnel en incitant tout un chacun à s’investir positivement. J'ai également une expérience considérable en gestion de projets. Au cours de mes années d’exercice, j’ai été appelée à diriger et superviser différents groupes de travail, à organiser et participer à plusieurs activités d’information ciblées. Je fut également présidente du comité Dialogue collèges/universités inc. dont l’objectif premier est de favoriser la synergie entre les deux paliers d’éducation. J’ai un excellent sens de l’organisation et des relations interpersonnelles, je suis enthousiaste, responsable, innovatrice et j’aime le travail bien fait. J’ai un sens très développé du service à la clientèle et je suis une bonne collaboratrice, cherchant à rassembler les gens.
