I also founded Greeks Go Green, a 30+ person organization built to foster a more sustainable Greek life. As President of the organization, I developed and managed a cigarette recycling program, in partnership with the Surfrider Foundation, that recycled over 70k cigarette butts. I also partnered with the CA Green Business Network to develop a statewide green certification in order to evaluate and communicate the environmental impact of Greek houses. After graduating, I worked as a consultant for Brown and Wilmanns and Cascadia Consulting. I conducted research on the sustainability attributes of fibers and assisted with waste characterization studies, outreach and data entry. I then joined Carbon Lighthouse as a Sales Associate in an effort to advance profitable climate solutions within commercial real estate.
