Arrangement of cooling system & vent condensers to vacuum pumps for smooth function and better recover the purged solvents. Oil ring Vacuum pump spares like vanes, packing’s, oil & exhaust filters purchase from local vendors to cost reduction. Implemented the vacuum pump daily check for reduce the vacuum pump breakdowns. Implemented the hot water daily check list for reduce the pipe line damages. Execution of process equipment’s installation like Reactors, ANFD, VTD, Centrifuge, RCVD, Spin flash dryer, Air jet mill, Scrubber system, Vacuum pumps, Pumps and other related equipment’s as per P & ID. Fallowing works with proper documentation (URS, Data sheet, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, Calibrations, OQ, and PQ). Prepare the reports like Daily project status, material consumption details and manpower details. Installation & maintenance of energy saving equipment’s like ATCS (automatic tube cleaning system in chilling plant) and electrolyte system (water treatment in cooling tower) and Steam condensate recovery pumps.
