Always available (24X7) for any explanation, support or information required by team, client and managers. 3. Configuring, deploying and troubleshooting SCCM CB. 4. Managing multiple SCCM Sites (Primary & Secondaries). 5. Discovery and collections Issues. 6. Software Distribution. Software Update Deployments. 7. WSUS installation, planning, configuration and management. 8. Operating System Deployment (OSD). 9. The counterparts are situated at another geographical location. Ensure that they all are on same page and provide support to them remotely. Thorough understanding with the logs and provide an action plan to Clients & Support Engineers as needed. Taking onus of attending the escalated customer issues and calls and to recover customer satisfaction level if challenged. Hunter Express
