Real Estate: Team of 5, engaged in sales & lettings of residential & commercial properties in & around posh localities of South Delhi, India. Collaborations of local builders with property owners & making it a profitable proposition in less than 18 months. Hospitality: In the year 2016, Owned a Bar & Restaurant (90-seater restaurant with 50-seater banqueting space) in London in Jun 2016. Involvement in the day-to-day running, managing floor & kitchen staff, and engagement with customers. Providing banqueting facilities through a tie-up with a local banquet (400-seater) & providing complete packages to clients from different cultural backgrounds. Promoting the business on online platforms such as Facebook & Instagram. Refurbishing restaurant with a complete facelift in December 2019 (images available online).
