Prepare the project HSE report to the Programme and EPC Directors. • Cooperate with the Project Quality Lead to conduct the package level QHSE audits and readiness reviews. • Responsible for supporting package HSE team, such as Onshore Substation Package, WTG package, Consent & Environmental and governmental teams. • Lead third parties to deliver CHW0102a Safety Awareness Training Programme for all local (Taiwan) onshore and offshore contractors. • Focal points of HSE related local authorities. Facilitate Taiwan Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) forum and offshore activities in Orsted CHW 0102a project, such as OSHA CHW0102a Hinterland/per-assembly Senior Managers Form and OSHA offshore labor inspections in 2021 and 2022.
