In October of 2010 I left Wal-Mart and began a new career with The Simmons Insurance Group as a branch manager in their Pendleton office. Jacob Neighbors and I had some conversations about talking to captive agents about the benefits of being an Independent Agent and growing our company by adding partner offices. In 2011 we added 5 offices in Oregon and Washington.
