This role enabled me to experience working within the department of Constitutional Affairs and Policy Support, but also gave me significant experience in Press Office, Ministers’ private offices and within the legal department.LDOs work wherever the Army is based and provide officers and soldiers with the military knowledge and functional skills required to be effective in their job and to progress in their careers. LDOs deliver Command, Leadership and Management courses to officers and soldiers and deliver and assure Army Instructor Development.
