This company should provide career pathways and support the Australian games development industry. My personal portfolio for games design is available here: jgaudron.com I've been making games for about 3 years now, focusing on Unity. I'm quite good at C#, Java and Python, and a plethora of other languages. While I'm a proficient coder, I prefer getting into the design of the game and thinking about the player experience and how the story might effect them. I enjoy the rigour of making a comprehensive GDD, and enjoy working with a team to solve problems in creative ways while keeping the creative goals of the game in mind. My portfolio shows off some of this work, but I'm making more all the time.
