James Guest’s Expertise Metrics Reporting, Inc. (MRI) works to provide valuable guidance for talent decisions to employers, regional education, workforce, and other community partners. With Drasgow Consulting Group, MRI has launched JOFI assessments. The JOFI assessment suite includes three assessments: Personality Traits, Career Interests, and Thinking Skills. The JOFI Assessment Management System (JAMS) includes our unique 5-Star compensatory scoring system. The scoring system enables clients to use banding and unique score combinations to simultaneously maximize predictive validity and minimize adverse impact. My role includes sales, on-boarding clients to JAMS, and providing technical support. I have a deep background and abiding interest in classical liberal arts education, and I occasionally teach courses in political philosophy and American political thought.
