James has had experience working closely alongside all other Customer service divisions such as Credit Control, Contracts Processing, Legal and the Contract Account Managers. In his time at PHS he has also been requested to meet customer Buyers face-to-face to discuss contract issues directly including flying to Dublin to meet Head of Aramark Procurement and Driving to Welwyn Garden City to Discuss the Tesco Contract. James takes every opportunity he can to learn new skills and develop existing ones in the hopes that opportunity will come for progression either within PHS or externally. He actively enjoys working alongside customer representatives to resolve issues and gets stuck in when issues present themselves. James recently took an opportunity offered by Shaw Healthcare Group Ltd looking for someone to fill a vacancy in their IT department. He is currently working on the IT support desk. Shaw Healthcare
