Experienced in using oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, function generators, waveform monitors, vector scopes and soldering equipment. Experienced in use and repair of the Teradyne family of testers including the A576, A580, Catalyst, and Integra Flex. Also in the use and repair of the Eagle family of testers including the ETS364, and ETS564 and with the Texas Instruments VLCT testers. Experienced in the setup and repair of Delta Design handlers including the Delta Flex and Delta Castle. Multitest handlers including the MT9803 and MT9918. Electroglas probers including the EG4090 and EG4090u. 2 years as a supervisor. Production supervision responsibilities including production scheduling. Interfacing with board assembly houses regarding scheduling receipt of PCB’s being assembled, and scheduling of technician’s time. Responsible and competent to handle difficult situations. Excellent technical and personal problem solving skills. Interface with Engineering as support for research and development and provide feedback on solving problems with boards in production. Experienced at writing Engineering Change Notices, Modification Instructions, Assembly Instructions, and Test Procedures. Knowledgeable in the use of personal computers and software. Experienced in training and motivating individuals. Can read and understand schematics, block diagrams, and flow charts. Experienced in testing at the system and board level.
