Jason Cho’s Expertise Grand Master/ Prof. Jason H Cho was born in 1950 in South Korea. He graduated from high school in 1969. At the age of 19, he joined ROKMC (Republic of Korea Marin Corp) and in 1970 began his Vietnam War deployment. He was promoted to first sergeant upon his return to Korea. On 8th December 1978, Prof. Cho migrated to the United States. Although he had only 50 in his pocket, Prof. Cho has big dreams and a clear vision for his future. Upon arrival in the States, he started work on his second day with an American plumbing company. Concurrently, he worked for several companies too. After six months of sheer hard work, frugal living and strict discipline, Prof. Cho established his own martial arts school. In 1982, Prof. Cho enrolled in West Texas State University to read International Business, Computer Science, and Fine Arts. In 1985 he formed The World Martial Arts Federation, Inc. to certify Instructors, Master instructors, Grand Masters, Martial Arts School, and Martial Arts Organizations in the USA and globally. In 1992 he was conferred an Honorary Doctorate in Education from the UK, in recognition of his contributions to world martial arts. In 2007, he was conferred his Professorship by the Board of Directors of Amerstate University. In 2012, with the intention of contributing back to his adopted country, Prof. Cho founded the International Edu Foundation to promote American education globally. To achieve this vision, Prof. Cho operationalised USA private boarding schools educational partnerships with several American private middle and high schools. Through hard work and perseverance, Prof. Cho fulfilled his personal goals in business, martial arts and education. Moving forward, Prof. Cho seeks to team up with honorable, trust-worthy and likeminded individuals to bring International Edu Foundation, Amerstate University and Academy of Racine to even greater heights.
