  I am a self motivated person, who does what it takes to accomplish my goals. With that being said, I got in the trades at a young age, doing construction. I always wanted to be a Welder, so I ended up landing a job with a small commercial HVAC contractor. For 17 years now, I have been able to learn the various systems available today, along with acquiring vast knowledge on installing those various systems. Of the 17 years, 11 of them have been in the Pipefitters Local 211, which I am still a member. With many years of hard work, and tons of effort, I found myself in a lead role as the Pipe Superintendent over the Tenant Improvement Department for a very well known, and highly regarded company in Houston Texas, Graco / Graves Mechanical. Wanting to go onto my dreams, of going into the oil industry, I set out to make that happen, and knew it would. So I figured out what it was I wanted to do in the industry, and found myself at Benchmark Petroleum Institute in Houston, getting hands on knowledge, and experience in the directional sector. Being aggressive as I am, the hard work and termination, finally landed me a job with Integrity Directional Services in May of 2014. I was able, and given the chance, to work with numerous tools, in numerous formations.
