In the latter half of my time in engineering, I established a track record for leading cross-functional domestic and international teams to create customer-focused new products. Some of these include the YA12 scissor style alignment lift and Shockwave Equipped lifts that are the world’s fastest. My focus on creating solutions to customers’ needs resulted in several patented and award-winning designs. Many of these successes resulted from a product development process I had helped to redesign to use Critical Chain project management techniques to deliver products to market on time, on budget and to specifications and be more customer-centric by including customer feedback at every stage. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from The Ohio State University in 1995 and his Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University, Southeast in 2008.
