Once I discover something I like, I am not satisfied until I have done a deep-dive in all the aspects of the technology. I was born to build. It's in my blood. I like to think of myself as the Master Builder from The Lego Movie. My passions consist of platform development, mobile development, and infrastructure. My ability to quickly pick up any framework comes from having ongoing software projects since my early teenage years. For instance, I give talks at conferences on topics of which I don't have a thorough understanding. I teach so I can learn. I also take on jobs based on the confidence that I can pick up anything on the spot and get the job done. Pressure motivates me, which gives me an aggressively proactive quality and a strong focus to achieve goals I set for myself and set by others. I take great pride in my professional accomplishments and appreciate the enriching experiences on the journey there. My motivation, productivity, and passion grows when I am around people who are just as passionate for the world of software development as I am. I provide mentorship to engineers of all levels no matter where I go. I proactively identify gaps in engineering practices, system reliability, workflow efficiency, software performance, architecture decisions, interpersonal communication, and many other things. I care a lot.
