Some of my previous roles have included Corporate Chief of Nursing,Director of Nursing, Health Services Administrator and Regional Manager of Health Services. I serve as the clinical lead for our Electronic Health Records program and have helped to implement the inclusion of electronic health records across our organization. Serving as the lead for our infectious disease program, I work hand in hand with our Chief Medical Officer, Corporate Nurse Practitioner, and Infectious Disease Coordinator to establish and maintain a robust infectious disease monitoring and educational program. Working with our healthcare finance team we work to maintain a balanced system allowing our staff to have access to valuable tools to improve healthcare provision to our patient population. I have worked with our compliance leadership team to monitor the quality assistance aspect of our program to include policy development and improvements throughout our organization.
