I Started as trainee in 1992 in Barcelona (Spain) at Media department, I moved to Ice Cream Marketing and Frozen Food marketing departments in Barcelona and Valencia. In 1998 I started my international career in Puerto Rico as Commercial Manager, in Dominican Republic (2000) as Business Executive Manager, in Cuba (2003) as Country Manager, and in France (2007) as Business Executive Manager and PDG of Nestlé Grand Froid and in Colombia (2014) as CEO/Market Head. In 2018 I was promoted to Regional Manager and Category Lead in Zone Americas working directly with the markets in South America Region (Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay) and driving also Coffee, Confectionery, Ice Cream and Waters categories all across Zone Americas for 4 years. Since 2022 I took new responsibilities as CEO of Peru & Bolivia Region. This is a new challenge that I take together with my family with the highest level of commitment and excitement to Transform our company while we Perform and build up a strong team to Win at the marketplace in both countries!. In parallel, actively participating in some transversal initiatives, such as Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusión and Digital Transformation. Yes, 32 years in the same company, but living very different and extraordinarily rich experiences! I also acted as President of the Board in a Colombian NGO (Corporación Juego y Niñez) and I actively take part in the YOUTH Initiative of Nestlé and Unidos por Niños Saludables (both international initiatives with active implementation in Zone Americas/Latam). Finally, one of the areas that I enjoy the most is being Mentor for several young (and not so young!) people, from the company and outside the company. Helping them to find their best way is highly motivational for me and makes me also a better person. General Management gives the opportunity to test oneself in many different areas and be convinced that there are still thousands of things to learn... the journey has just begun! Nestle
