Jeff Mcschooler’s Expertise As Executive Vice President of Engineering and Broadcast, I currently lead a team of nearly 1180 Dish Network staff members, located at around the globe. My teams are responsible for the hardware, software and broadcast operations for all of Dish Network along with many other external customers I am a 30-year industry veteran experienced in the architecture, design, engineering and operating systems. Expanding technologies have seen my areas of responsibility continue to grow with the overseeing of the various components of our Wireless, Broadcast, Hardware and Software Engineering, Product and Program Management. My innovative efforts and continued dedication to the broadcasting field and growth have also resulted in being granted several technical patents as well as an EMMY. My background in U.S. Air Force communications, time at Contel/GTE in Government Systems and GTE SpaceNet, made possible my position on the team responsible for the implementation of ground station requirements for the launching of DISH Network’s DBS operations with the EchoStar I satellite in 1995. I have served on various executive advisory boards, regional Governor’s committees, and has been the recipient of numerous awards and commendations throughout my career.
