For 6 years I served vulnerable populations such as the mentally ill and drug dependent, as a direct care worker with a focus on rehabilitation. Most recently, my focus has been on managing the administrative aspects of the mental healthcare field, and I have been able to transition the training, experience, and skills I received as a Substance Abuse Counselor to facilitate enhanced rapport building and service to customers, patients, and employees.
