It might seem a far cry from automotive, but both involve innovative components produced in volume with high precision and no tolerance for failure. I’ve invested in Siemens NX and Fusion 360 CAD software licenses, attended the PrintCity phase 1 workshops on additive manufacturing at Manchester Metropolitan University in early 2023 and my company is a member of the Northern Automotive Alliance.
