I spent 4 years which is considered 8 terms in Air Force ROTC to gain leadership abilities as well as communication skills, team building, and how to work well within a team. I currently my bachelors and Associates Degree's in Information Technology and I have a Desktop Support Certification. For the 2 years I have been working at Docebo as a Technical Support Analyst and then as an Enterprise Support Analyst aide in supporting clients with support request for their Learning Management Systems. Prior to this I spent the 4 to 5 years as an at home Technical Support agent for phone technical support advisors. I spent Two and a half of those years working for support.com at first as a tier 1 Technical Support advisor under the Comcast/xfinity campaign and was promoted shortly after started to a Tier 2 Technical Support advisor under their Cox Communications campaign. Then the remaining years I spent as an at home role with Transcom USA as a AppleCare + Mac+ Advisor under their Apple campaign. I also have three years retail sales and manager experience and two years of office secretary experience. I’m actively looking for opportunities to advance my career with an organization that I can have a lasting career with that allows me to utilize my working experience along side my Education as a Senior Technical Support/Engineering Role.
