I created a pipeline inspection camera that can get into hazardous spaces, conceptualized an omnidirectional self-righting wheel, and developed a prototype testing apparatus to evaluate wall penetrating radar. I have even worked on an episode of MythBusters to design a mock aircraft to figure out the optimal way to board passengers! I had no idea that my love to tinkering and design as a child would turn into a dream career, and it has truly been an adventure.
