Jiayou worked ever with SinoPec for 5 years as reservoir engineer mainly focus on production, simulation,well design and well workover, I managed several oil and gas fields during this period and found two new reservoir. and be pointed as the manager. I also worked as a workover supervise for five months in 1998. I worked as a reservoir engineer employed by Helix RDS(UK company) for one year. I was charged for reservoir development such as new filldrill and ODP. I worked in Perth city of Australia for a period. I cooperated with PGS on a field modeling and simulation. I worked in Pegete company which registered in UK for 2 years, as a expert in geomodeling, seismic interpretation, velocity modeling, seismic inversion. I worked as a technical manager and also as a integrated geologist. I was in charged of six studies for different fields in China at that period. I have worked in ESSCA Group as a chief engineer since the end of 2004. I worked mainly on geomodeling using Petrel and Openflow. My duty was to give modeling training and technical support around China. I also carried out many consulate services for different companies. such as CNOOC, SinoPec and Petrochina. I also carried out some modeling studies in Sudan, Iran and Oman. I carried out several fracture modling using FracaFlow and Petrel since 2008.
