Finally, I was the first in-house Trading team member for WooliesX and was highly involved in diversifying the Programmatic offerings from display to video channels, supporting building publisher relations and building reporting dashboards. My new role as Lead Paid Media Specialist is moving away from an Ad Ops lead to a more strategic planner and channel manager, developing best practice processes, training and mentoring new Traders, all of which contribute towards my eventual goal of a management position. Outside of work I am an avid cyclist and participate annually in charity events including the Bobbin Head classic and Spring Cycle.
