Jim Mckeown’s Expertise Jim McKeown is a retired litigation partner of Foley & Lardner LLP and the former chair of the firm's Manufacturing Sector. He is a former member of Foley's Management Committee and the former chair of the firm's national Antitrust Practice. While in practice at Foley, he represented clients in a number of high profile antitrust and sports cases, including a number of antitrust class actions. He also represented clients in commercial litigation and in matters before the federal antitrust enforcement agencies (including representation on Hart-Scott-Rodino matters). He is a member of the Board of Advisors for the National Sports Law Institute and served on the Board of Trustees for Alverno College. He also served as an adjunct faculty member at Marquette University Law School.
