Quality assurance and moderation- HMIe associate assessor & National Officer with HMIe audit unit (self-evaluation); 2. Strategic advice draft for Scottish ministers ; 3. Innovation and change management; 4. Quality assurance of resources - Writer of published Science textbooks & materials; conference speaker on good practice; senior assistant examiner for Higher Chemistry; on national working group to revise Higher Chemistry. 5. Positive leadership style described as very effective by external evaluators. I am passionate about the education of our children and work hard to bring out the potential of every pupil.
