Joe Mueller’s Expertise It is with mixed emotions that I feel the need to update my status here on LinkedIn. After being employed by the same company for most of my career I have decided to step away and venture out. With the restructuring of the company, I had the opportunity to except a mutual agreement that I was pleased with. I will miss all my past managers and staff and only wish the best for them, in their personal lives and careers. Well, we started servicing commercial only out of the Columbus West branch (Hilliard, Oh) in 2013 and it was definitely a learning experience for us. We have since learned how to budget, sell as well as service our commercial accounts more efficiently. In 2014 we grew our YOY by 32% and had a stellar year. One of our Business development Reps was promoted to a Regional Commercial Sale Managers during this period and we increased our service rate even greater over the previous years performance. Now, 2015 due to the excellent performance in 2014 that left us with a challenge to maintain our growth and continue in improving our processes. As a team we achieved our budget and grew the business again almost double digits to the bottom line. We have built a strong team and I am proud of the determination and growth from our entire team.
