Joey founded Jonna Luxury Homes in 2012 with a mission to provide high quality new construction homes in Birmingham and Bloomfield Hills. Jonna Luxury Homes developed and built spec homes as well as custom homes with an inclusive approach focused on customer relationships. In late 2019, Joey returned to Jonna Construction as a partner and CEO to lead a transition and guide Jonna Construction into the future. Strong core values and an ability to generate value through multiple channels will be the foundation to his leadership moving forward. Thrive Collaborative is a development company formed to lead the transformation to a Living Future and create life enhancing properties.
