I joined Du Plessis Phukubye Smith Attorneys as an Associate in 2006 until 2017 under which legal firm I enrolled to do my candidateship to become an attorney. I successfully passed my Bar Exams with Gauteng Society of Advocates in 2018 becoming an Advocate whilst still serving as Director with Ebersohn Kruger & Ass which legal firm represents various companies and individuals within the various dispute resolution institutions and Courts . In 2002 I joined the CCMA as Commissioner during which time I had the pleasure of having a number of my CCMA awards been published in the BLLR which still today serves as a guidance to HR and Legal practitioners in addressing certain labour disputes. In realizing the importance of having an adequate knowledge around discipline in the workplace, especially in the application of effective disciplinary measures in the workplace, ran many courses for various companies in managing discipline in the workplace.
