One of my highlights in this role was during the Easter period Week 17 I achieved number one position on percentage increase in the Company out of 130 garden centres. 2009-2010 Plant area Manager Weybridge Garden Centre My role as a Plantarea Manager involved ordering plants, managing the horticultural team and maintaining high standards at all times. During my time at Weybridge I helped develop the skills and confidence for one of the members of the horticultural team, which carried him forward to becoming a Trainee Manager.
