Building on my substantial experience in leading kitchen operations to exceptional performance, I’m responsible for all aspects of food development – bringing fresh ideas to life for new menus, food testing and packaging. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, I demonstrate the incredible range of possibilities that our world-patented technology gives our customers. We help you achieve true hot-holding with ease, so you can revolutionise your hot food programme – efficiently, sustainably and profitably. With a proven track record in restructuring the menus of high-performing kitchens, my career has seen me work for household brands including YO! Sushi, LEGOLAND, Mitchells & Butlers and many more. I’m passionate about using innovation and precision to create culinary excellence, transforming concepts into delicious realities that can be repeated and served consistently at every location. A great example of this is, whilst working at YO! Sushi, I pioneered its hot food-to-go concept – Good Eats, from the ground up. Through your food development, I can help devise operational strategies in line with your business goals, such as increasing brand awareness. I pair strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build robust relationships with key stakeholders, helping drive positive, lasting change across culinary operations. Another of my passions is teaching, and I hold a Diploma in Lifelong Learning from the University of Warwick. Applying this knowledge to my role at Flexeserve, I help train and develop the sales and culinary teams within our global partners and distributors.
