For example, I have also assisted appointed commissioners in local government - a complex restructuring of a capital city local government authority into self-supporting local Councils working to tight deadlines to restructure many departments and establish a new accounting regime prior to the calling of fresh elections, AND I have re-structured numerous 'not for profits' which have resulted in improved finances.
