Combine that with a knowledge base of documenting policies and procedures and how to perform tasks, the IT team will be effective and efficient. Also good communication is key to disseminating information that can be proactive in avoiding issues. One of my strengths is I know what I don't know and not afraid to admit it. When I don't know something I search out a person or resource that will provide me the information I need to gain the knowledge. I enjoy learning new things, new ways of doing things expanding what I do know. I'm a reliable person that takes responsibility for what I do and can admit mistakes owning them learning from them. I like to do things one time correctly the first time by doing the proper preparation for success. I share my knowledge with anyone that needs it. I'm not an information hoarder that thinks that keeping information is a way to build value. My value is I share so that there are more people that can help with issues to get things done quickly and efficiently.
