  I am a professional trombone player specializing in solo and ensemble performance. I am also a professional conductor in wind band literature. I teach brass instruments and certain woodwind instruments, namely flute, clarinet and saxophone and have enjoyed great success, with some of my students winning scholarships to studying in France and the USA. Recently I have also worked with Dr. Robert Ambrose from University of Georgia to launch a band conducting summer school in Hong Kong, in which I have enjoyed success as a conducting teacher. I was also one of the artistic faculty of the SliderAsia trombone festival in Hong Kong, and have performed in a recital featuring music written for trombone and organ. My objectives is to inspire younger generation, through performance and teaching, to make them realize the musical potential of a brass instrument, and to provide them with the best training. I am also passionate in the world band movement and am keen in training musicians, both players and conductors alike, who are aspired by such musical media.
