Develop solutions to support a culture of ongoing people development. Ensure delivery of training content to Training and Knowledge Management to support ongoing training and change initiatives in the CSC. •Support and manage the CSC's Quality Assurance program Develop solutions to fill any gaps that are identified •Support business continuity by managing the relationship with the Production Support Team to solve any production issues. Ensure that the impacts of system changes and/or production issues are communicated to CSC business partners. •Manage the Knowledge Team's availability to support CSC business initiatives as subject matter experts (SMEs). Manage team capacity by using quantifiable data to show impacts of additional work as compared to expected overall business benefit. •Manage the individual performance of the Knowledge Team Provide regular coaching/feedback to support a high performing team. •Foster a work environment that values people and encourages participation, excellence, creativity, continuous learning, accountability and continuous improvement. •Stay current with industry best practices in knowledge management.
