Not only through effective training facilitation and curriculum development, but also through coaching and mentoring. In a previous role, I served as Program and Talent Manager, where I developed and delivered the governance structure of 60 employees working across 15 locations. I also oversaw the personal development of each employee. Every year, I would conduct talent assessments to diagnosis the capabilities of my team, design and deliver the necessary training to ensure we met our business outcomes.
