This access was simply not available to 99% of Kiwi businesses as the process was complex, time consuming and expensive. We committed then to creating a way for all Kiwi businesses to access this and are proud to launch Taxi in late February 2024. More than just tax payments and efficiencies, however, is a deep desire to see business operate differently. We know that truly great businesses are driven by purpose and have people at their heart. Therefore, the way we do business is just as important as the bottom line. We seek to practice generosity, “see the person” and cultivate joy in everything we do. This, combined with our practices of innovating courageously to solve problems for which solutions do not yet exist, mean that I am energised every day about what lies in front of me and look forward to our future with confidence.
