Working with biological matrices (microsomes, S9, cytosol, Hepatocytes, plasma, etc.), as well as artificial systems to conduct high-throughput, in vitro ADME screening on new compounds. Assays include stability, permeability and protein binding testing. Additionally, I have worked in a GMP dissolution lab, performing disso and HPLC daily. Brought a Sotax AT-70 automated dissolution robot on-board for use in R&D and GMP testing.
