  9/9/14 - A brief update. I have left production. Over the past 5 years I have been growing as a purveyor of Gourmet Coffee. Having worked in production for 35 years, I found my passions changing. It was 13 years ago today, that our 3rd child, Elissa was born. And it was 2 days later as she came home from the hospital that the world changed. In the days that followed 9/11, I took the LIRR in & out of Manhattan. As luck would have it, the parking lot is a vast open lot overlooking the water. Arriving in the morning, with my cup of coffee, the sunrise were spectacular as were the sunsets upon my return, with an iced coffee. It was then I realized it was worth having great cup of coffee. I began to learn all about coffee, their origins and sourcing, about roasting, and brewing. A few years later I began to share with others selling a few pounds here & there. The more I did with coffee the more fun I had. As I did more with coffee, my film production work decreased to the point that I realized that: I am a Coffee Purveyor!
