  Greetings! I have worn many hats in my time. After college, I joined the Navy as a Submarine Officer. I completed nuclear reactor training, and became certified as a Watch Officer. I met many great people and enjoyed my time immensely, but I knew that the Navy was not the life for me. So I took off that hat and put on a Data Analyst hat. I worked at The Boeing Company for only six months. What I thought was going to be a solid career move resulted in being laid off as the newest hire. That was ok, I dusted myself off and began learning real estate. Being a Real Estate Broker was a different beast than I had ever experienced before. But I fell in love with process and talking with people. I was able to be a subject matter expert and really focus on my clients’ needs. It was uplifting and high-energy. But as much as I loved wearing my Real Estate hat, a new hat came that I would love even more: father. My daughter was born and my wife and I decided that I should stay at home with her. It was strange letting go of my job, but raising my Little One was worth it. I have become an amazing father as I love my children. In the years since, we had another child, this time a stubborn and rambunctious little boy. He stole my heart as well. All that being said, I knew that I couldn’t wear only the Father Hat forever. So, in between the hours for feeding and cleaning, I went back to school. I enrolled in online school at Western Governor’s University focusing on a degree in Computer Science. I loved writing scripts and troubleshooting networks from my time in the Navy and at Boeing. So I thought let’s dive into that! My student hat is about to be hung up and I am looking for the next step. I know a great deal about my field, with a focus on Networks, Java, Python, and security.
