In addition to project finance transactions, I am experienced in mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, and arbitration and litigation matters. My work is international and spans continents. I have represented both lenders and borrowers from all continents but one in cross-border financing on transactions in the US, Latin America, and Africa. Though English is my first language, I am fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and have handled several transactions (including negotiation of terms and contract review) in these languages.
