The greatest lesson though was showing all that hard work, knowledge and dedication to not only my craftsmanship but the industry I am proud to be apart of and showing I don’t need a college degree to be management. In my journey, I paid attention to those who lead me, taught me and those who I though did it wrong and devised how to make the work happen, done on time, under budget and as stress free as possible.
