Whilst building towards a more automated system, I am always forward planning to the what ifs of the business/software and have designed dashboards that monitor the DP and server folders where csv files are being moved to and from to ensure visibility of all automated processes and that they are working as they should be. Sometimes this could involve researching historical case’s in the CRM ticketing system to find an answer or researching manuals and product owner groups to gain the answer. I am a forward thinker who is always striving to succeed in everything I do.
