It's a great break and find it continuously improves my skills in hardware. If that is, if can get a break! but I know what comes with responsibility. I believe that when it comes to technology, the typical nerd is more of a stereotype that needs to be flushed out. It's time that us geek's realize the value and importance of customer service and proper communication within the technology field. A technological genius is quite handy, but when he can't adequately articulate his purpose and work to the customers he serves...well that's something that leaves everyone else scratching their heads. The difference is simple. You have a customer that's expectation is to have their product functioning, and then you have a customer that is overjoyed at the level of service provided and that their product is functioning. On a side note, always have fun with your team as well. If you cannot have fun on the job, you can't have fun in real life. Love what you do, love who you work with, and for God's sake, build respect, loyalty, and commitment. This doesn't just happen through hard work, but through your character as a leader.
